Jilly Gardiner is a writer, born and bred in Liverpool, and now lives in South Wales. She often uses her backgound and experiences as a backdrop for her fictional writing.

Working with the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, to develop work for its 'Spread the Word' writers scheme.
Jilly has been included on the screenwriter/ producer scheme in collaboration with Glamorgan University.
Jilly's stageplay 'Red Card' had a script in hand performance at the The Grand Theatre, Swansea with Frapetsus Productions.

An Extract of Jilly's Stageplay 'Red Card' was produced at the Monologues and Duologues Festival, ADC Theatre, Cambridge.
Jilly's stageplay was shortlisted for Pint-Sized Plays, Tenby.
Jilly's short screen play 'Yellow Rose' was awarded Highly Commended by the London Comedy Writers Festival 2011
